Shoppers who missed Charlotte Russe at the Premium Outlets can now look forward to a new clothing store at the shopping center.
On Monday, the Williamsburg Premium Outlets announced that Rainbow, a fashion retailer with size-inclusive, trendy clothes, will be opening a new location in a 6,500-square-foot space next to American Eagle.
The space used to be the location for Charlotte Russe, a women’s clothes retailer. In March, Charlotte Russe Holdings, Inc. filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy and the store later closed.

“As Virginia’s largest outlet destination, we’re always looking to incorporate our shoppers’ feedback into our ever-changing selection of the best brands,” said Lynn Meredith, general manager of Williamsburg Premium Outlets.
The new addition comes along with expansions for Adidas, Vans Outlet and Skechers.
Skechers, which sells footwear for men and women, will start renovations this fall that will double its current size to 7,500 square feet, according to a news release from BRAVE Public Relations, the firm representing Williamsburg Premium Outlets.
Vans Outlet, which also sells footwear and apparel, has moved to a larger space at the Outlets near Vineyard Vines. This will also double its square footage as well as an enhanced section.
The sporting apparel store Adidas will also unveil a newly remodeled 7,500-square-foot space at the outlets next to Journeys. The store will celebrate a grand re-opening later in fall.
“These additions and enhancements come at the perfect time for families, locals and visitors looking to stock up on the latest fall fashions or get a head start on holiday shopping,” Meredith said.
