VIRGINIA BEACH — As the city continues to heal following the tragic event on May 31, officials announced these “planning and community development meetings or public hearings” are canceled this month.

Officials also announced the Public Utilities office — originally located in Building 2– is closed until further notice and advised customers to call 311 for priority issues.
