One victim’s memorial services, Katherine M. Dixon, were held Thursday and two others, Richard “Rich” Nettleton and Robert “Bobby” Williams were not made available publicly.
Here are the wake, funeral, celebration of life and memorial times for the remaining victims.
“She was a friend to all who knew her. Mary Lou volunteered extensively in the community, including in multiple capacities at Ocean Lakes High School, coaching cheerleading through the Courthouse Recreation Association and supporting the parish community of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church.” – Crutsinger & Gayle family

Michelle “Missy” Langer

Richard “Rich” Nettleton

The City of Virginia Beach and United Way of the South Hampton Roads has created the Virginia Beach Tragedy Fund. 100 percent of the donations will go to the victim’s families and the donations are not tax-deductible.
