NORFOLK — The city’s Department of Public Health will conduct a rabies clinic for dogs and cats at the Norfolk Health Center, 830 Southampton Ave.
It will be on June 1 from 1-3 p.m. The cost is $5 per animal (cash only).
All animals must be at least 12 weeks of age.
Cats must be in carriers and dogs must be on leashes.
A previous rabies certificate is required for the 3-year vaccine.
For animals without a certificate, a 1-year vaccine will be administered.
Norfolk residents will also be able to obtain pet licenses during the event.
Free parking is available around the building and in the adjacent Parking Lot #6.
