Southside Daily has partnered with the city’s police department and the Virginia Beach Crime Solvers to raise awareness about persons of interest in the city.
Crime Solvers is a nonprofit organization that accepts completely anonymous tips from residents about criminal activity. Information from tipsters is shared with police, but remains completely anonymous — no identifying information of sources is ever disclosed and the anonymity of tipsters is protected by state law.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about any of these people to contact Virginia Beach Crime Solvers.
Tipsters could also be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000 if their information leads to an arrest.
Anyone with information can call 888-LOCK-U-UP (888-562-5887).
Tipsters can also submit a tip through the P3Tips website or by downloading the P3 Tips app available in Apple iTunes and Google Play stores.

On March 16, 2019, the man pictured above was in the Wawa on Northampton Boulevard. Police said he became argumentative with the manager when asked to move to a different checkout line. The suspect assaulted the manager and then left the store, police said. He drove away in a dark SUV or pickup with a cab.


On March 25, 2019, the woman pictured above got into an argument with the victim while in the drive thru line of the Taco Bell near Lynnhaven Mall, police said. The man pictured above and the woman then got out of their vehicle and the victim was assaulted, police said. The suspects left in the orange car.
On March 28, 2019, the man pictured in the gallery above stole two bottles of Patron Tequila from the ABC store on Holland Road, police said. He also stole two bottles of Dusse liquor from the ABC store at Salem Crossing on March 24, and on March 26, stole a bottle of Patron Tequila from the ABC store at Hilltop, police said.
On March 31, 2019, the three people in the gallery above worked together to steal a bottle of Remy Martin Cognac from the ABC store in the Haygood Shopping Center, police said. On April 1, the trio stole a bottle of Patron Silver Tequila and a bottle of Jefferson Ocean Aged at Sea Cast Bourbon from the ABC store on Northampton Boulevard. On April 7, the two men stole 2 bottles of Hennessy Master Blend liquor from the ABC on Holland Road, police said.
