VIRGINIA BEACH — Housing and Neighborhood Preservation is accepting waiting list applications from households with intellectual or developmental disabilities for acceptable units at 200 West Apartments, officials said in a news release.
There are 20 units available at 200 West Apartments, a new development under construction at 200 Price St., near Cleveland Street, officials said.
Project-based vouchers will subsidize a portion of the rent for these units to help make them more affordable for low-income IDD households.
This waiting list is for project-based vouchers for IDD households only, officials said.
The Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) waiting list remains closed at this time.
VBHNP is no longer accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher waiting list.
