Attention rock music lovers looking for a throwback to the 1990s and 2000s — Los Angeles-based Tool is touring again this year, and will make a quick stop in Virginia.

Tool will play at the Hampton Coliseum at 8 p.m. May 10 as part of the band’s 2019 Tool U.S. Tour, the Coliseum said in a news release Monday.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday (March 15) on Live Nation. Tickets can also be purchased at the Hampton Coliseum box office or by calling 800-745-3000.

Known for visual-heavy and theatrical shows and the award-winning 2006 album “10,000 Days,” the band will begin the tour May 5 in Jacksonville.

Tool will then visit Alabama and Kentucky before landing in Hampton May 10. On May 11, the band will play in Concord, North Carolina.

The band is also associated with A Perfect Circle and Puscifer, two of vocalist Maynard Keenan’s side projects.

Ticket prices for the concert at the Hampton Coliseum are subject to change without notice and are subject to applicable fees.

The box office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
