James City County Police are asking the public for help in finding a man wanted on several warrants.

Christopher Trueblood, 35, was found in possession of marijuana in the 5500 block of Centerville Road at around 2 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2018, said JCCPD spokeswoman Stephanie Williams.

Trueblood was also found at that time unresponsive in his vehicle while carrying two children, ages three and five, according to a Facebook post from the department.

Originally, Trueblood was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, driving after forfeiture of license and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

On Jan. 30, after a consultation with Commonwealth’s Attorney Nate Green, warrants were also issued for two felony charges of child neglect.

Trueblood is described as being 6-foot-2 and 210 pounds.

Authorities are asking anyone with information on Trueblood’s whereabouts to contact James City County Police at 757-253-1800 or text/email tips@jamescitycountyva.gov.
