VIRGINIA BEACH — Southside Daily has partnered with the city’s police department and the Virginia Beach Crime Solvers to raise awareness about persons of interest in the city.
Crime Solvers is a nonprofit organization that accepts completely anonymous tips from residents about criminal activity. Information from tipsters is shared with police, but remains completely anonymous — no identifying information of sources is ever disclosed and the anonymity of tipsters is protected by state law.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about any of these people to contact Virginia Beach Crime Solvers.
Tipsters could also be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000 if their information leads to an arrest.
Here’s this week’s list:
Tommy Lewis Windes Jr., 44 , is wanted for a 2017 revocation of a suspended sentence, police said. Windes is 5-foot-8, 180 pounds, and has a last known address on Lowland Cottage Lane in Virginia Beach.
Thomas James Gay, 28, is wanted for petty larceny and failing to appear in court, police said. Gay is 5’11” and 170 pounds, and his last known address was on Spring Run Court in Virginia Beach.
Richard Castillo Gonzales Jr., 48, is wanted for contempt of court after failing to pay child support, police said. Gonzales is 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds. His last known employer was in Richmond, Virginia.

Richard Wesley Robertson, 32, is wanted for revocation of a suspended sentence, police said. Robertson has tattoos on both arms and his neck. His last known address was on Granby Street in Norfolk.
Harry Jefferson Squire III, 45, is wanted for contempt of court after failing to pay child support, police said. Squire is 5-foot-4 and 140 pounds. His last known address was on Link Street in Norfolk.

- This woman, who police said stole items from the Walmart on First Colonial Road, has been identified by police as Amber Michelle Kallio, 35. Kallio now has s warrant for the case. Her last known address was on Louisa Street in Norfolk. Kallio was featured in the Dec. 4, 2018 edition of Beach Breach Weekly.
