VIRGINIA BEACH — The Hurrah Players will take this city “by (snow) storm” in March with Disney’s latest worldwide phenomenon – Frozen jr., the first licensed production of this world premiere musical to Hampton Roads.

Based on the 2018 Broadway musical, Frozen jr. brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production, according to a news release from The Hurrah Players.

Under the direction of Hugh R. Copeland, choreography by Lisa Wallace, vocal direction by Dianna Swenson, set design by Scott Chasey, lighting design by Erin Hollis, and costumes by Anne Hilton,  Frozen jr. plays The Sandler Center for Performing Arts on March 15 and 16. Tickets are on sale now via www.hurrahplayers.com .

Frozen jr. is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International.
