VIRGINIA BEACH — The ViBe Creative District is starting a regular walking tour program every first Friday of the month. You’re going to want to leave your sunglasses at home — these tours are at night.
The first tour of the ViBe, which has been dubbed “Art in the Dark,” will start at Davis Ad Agency at 17th and Baltic Avenue, according to a news release from ViBe.
The tour starts at 5:30 p.m., will run for an hour, and cover more than a mile of art along 17th, 18th and 19th streets at the Oceanfront.
A few tips that will help visitors make the most of the tour experience:
- Bundle up
- Bring your flash light, your friends, or your dog
- Add a little light to your outfit for safety with glow in the dark accessories, according to the news release.
This tour is free, but donations to the ViBe Creative District welcomed.
