WATCH: York daughter, father appear on Today Show to meet first responders who saved man’s life

Nearly two months ago, Rebecca Hill was on the phone with an emergency dispatcher, giving her father, Jim, CPR as he lay unconscious on the floor of his bedroom.

On Monday morning, the father-daughter pair were in New York City, preparing to meet the dispatcher and York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office deputy who helped save Jim Hill’s life as he suffered a heart attack.

Jim Hill, Rebecca Hill, dispatcher Sara Mattingly and deputy Kalyn Hall appeared on NBC Universal’s Today Show Monday morning, meeting as a group for the first time since Jim Hill’s Sept. 6 heart attack.

During the show, the Hills recounted their story and thanked the emergency responders who kept Jim Hill alive.
