NORFOLK — On Oct. 3, around 5 p.m., detectives said the man seen in the video below riding his bicycle, exposed himself to several children.

The children were playing on the playground at St. Patrick’s Catholic School in the 1000 block of Bolling Avenue.
After exposing himself, the man fled away on his bicycle, police said.
No children were harmed in this incident.
Residents and parents near St. Patrick’s Catholic School and Larchmont Elementary can expect to see extra patrols as the investigation continues.
