VIRGINIA BEACH — Bring your beach chairs or blankets and enjoy the musical offerings of 27 performances on three festival stages during the 2018 Neptune Festival, Sept. 28 through 30.
Live music, ocean air, a party atmosphere, food, fun and good vibes – all for free. The internationally renowned sand sculpting contest will return, as well as a 250-artist art show, a volleyball tournament, 8k race, and a parade.
Local, regional and national recording artists will perform next to the boardwalk at 17th, 24th and 31st streets. Headliners include:

- The Devon Allman Project with special guest Duane Betts
- Cowboy Mouth
- The Delta Saints
Music begins Friday (Sept. 28) from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and continues Saturday (Sept. 29) 1 p.m. for 11 p.m. and Sunday (Sept. 30) 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
