York County will close both the Tabb and Yorktown libraries Friday (Aug. 24) for staff training.

Library book drops will remain open for users who need to return items, the county said.

The libraries will reopen at 10 a.m. Aug. 25.

The closures will not affect web-based library services such as OverDrive and RBdigital eBooks and audiobooks and RBdigital magazines.

For more information, call the Tabb Library at 757-890-5120 or the Yorktown Library at 757-890-5207.
