Registration is open for CLUBWAKA’S inaugural charity bowling tournament, a fundraiser for Heritage Humane Society.

The 21-and-over event will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Sept. 22 at AMF Williamsburg Lanes, 5544 Olde Towne Road. Tickets start at $26 and increase in price depending on registration date.

Players will be split into coed teams of four. Each ticket guarantees at least three games with a team and includes shoe rentals and a T-shirt. The tournament will be “nine-pin no-tap style, meaning a nine on the first throw of each frame will count as a strike,” according to a news release from CLUBWAKA.

Heritage Humane Society is an organization dedicated to animal welfare, offering adoption, treatment, education and other services. To further benefit the organization, raffle tickets will be available to win a number of prizes donated by local businesses such as Ironbound Gym, Oceans & Ale and Nautical Dog, according to the news release.

Event registration can be found on the CLUBWAKA events webpage.
