Man wanted in connection with April murder in Norfolk apprehended

NORFOLK — Police detectives here along with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force on Wednesday arrested a man they say shot another man to death in April.

Mitchell R. Grice, 39, of the 1000 block of Atlantis Drive, was taken into custody in the 400 block of North Military Highway without incident.

Grice was wanted for second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the April 11 fatal shooting of Robert T. Lucas III in the 200 block of Nicholson Street.
