NORFOLK— Authorities have identified the body pulled Saturday from the Elizabeth River near Town Point Park here.
The body was that of Air Force Staff Sgt. Jose Antonio Ramirez, who was assigned to the 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base in New Mexico.
No other information was immediately released. Air Force officials said the Norfolk Police Department is investigating.
