NORFOLK — This year’s 18th Annual Norfolk Latino Festival will be delivering the music, drinks, and dancing that anyone attending could possibly hope for.
Joe Torres, DJ Mangu, Tumbao Salsero Orchestra, will perform live and visitors can expect to enjoy a night of Latin food, dance lessons, soccer, bilingual storytelling, crafts and more at Town Point Park on July 28, starting at 5 p.m.
