NORFOLK — On April 15, around 3 a.m., Norfolk Fire-Rescue responded to a vehicle on fire in a garage on 441 Bank St.
There, firefighters found a 2018 Sahara Jeep in flames.
On Wednesday, authorities released security video footage of a man suspected of starting the fire, and are asking anyone who may recognize the man or know of his whereabouts to call 757-615-3313.
