Jamestown Jams continues next week with “The Originals” by IOTA Creative Collective.

Four local songwriters will come together June 21 as The Originals for a night of music at Jamestown Beach Event Park, James City County said.

The group consists of Williamsburg native Paul Todd, Hampton Roads producer Andrew Ballantyne, U.S. Marine Corps veteran Laura Rice and Williamsburg-based musician Clayton Perry.

Jamestown Jams begins at 6:30 p.m., with doors opening an hour earlier. Admission is free.

All Jamestown Jams performers in June are connected with the IOTA Creative Collective, a startup that works as a full-service media lab and co-working space for musicians. The space is designed to “inspire original music development and support local, independent artists and performers in their creative pursuits,” the county said.

Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages, but the Williamsburg Winery will be on hand serving their wines.

The Arc of Williamsburg, which has partnered with the county to sponsor this year’s Jamestown Jams concerts, will sell beer. All proceeds will benefit the Arc’s local activities and programs.

The Scottish Pig food truck and Sno-To-Go will also be serving food and icy treats.

Parking for the event will be behind the old Jamestown Campground building at 2205 Jamestown Road, adjacent to Jamestown Settlement.

Any items brought to the park are subject to inspection prior to entry. Large plastic coolers and pets are not permitted in the park, with the exception of service animals.
