Four quarters is all you need for this attraction

NEWPORT NEWS — The Mariners’ Museum is offering $1 admission throughout the summer.

Through Labor Day, the Mariners’ Museum will operate on a discounted rate.

The museum, 100 Museum Drive, is usually $13.95 for adults and $8.95 for kids.

The Mariners’ Museum, which features 90,000 square feet of exhibition galleries, is dedicated to exploring the the history of water and its relationship with humankind, according to a news release.

Museum hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m Sunday.
