This year’s 11th annual Moonlight and Music returns to York County’s New Quarter Park 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday
Throughout the summer, local residents can get together with Joe Duggan from Joe’s Day Off and jam together on whatever instrument they can play — including guitars, fiddles, harmonicas, drums, dulcimers and more.
Singers — or those who simply want to listen — are also welcome. A York County news release recommends those attending the Moonlight and Music event bring a lawn chair, water and bug spray.
The event will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, or May 23, June 27, July 25, Aug. 22, and Sept. 26.
Those attending should meet outdoors at the picnic tables near the park office.
New Quarter Park is located at 1000 Lakeshead Drive.
