Dance to the beat of the drums: Modest Mouse coming soon

NORFOLK — The American indie band and multi-Grammy award nominees, Modest Mouse will be performing Oct. 16. at Chrysler Hall.

Modest Mouse came together in 1993, in Issaquah, Washington. Over the past couple of decades, the indie rock band released a number of major hits, including “We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank,” back in 2007.

In 2015, they reached the Billboard Top 200 chart at No. 1. “Strangers to Ourselves.”

Tickets will be available for purchase at 10 a.m. Friday, at the Scope Arena Box Office and all other Ticketmaster locations. You also may pay by phone at 800-745-3000 or go online.

Ticket prices will either be $50 or $70.
