A new chiropractic office in Williamsburg is hoping to help residents improve their way of life.

Via Vitae Chiropractic has opened their new office on John Tyler Highway, according to a news release from James City County.

The chiropractic office specializes in upper cervical care for the atlas, the very first bone in the spine.

The office is owned by husband and wife Dr. Brandon Babin and Heather Babin.

Via Vitae — Latin for “way of life” — uses advanced technology to assess patient’s nervous systems and get to the root of their health concerns, according to the release. After problems have been identified, Dr. Babin uses specificcorrective actions to realign the upper spine and help ease health problems.

“What started out as trying to find a solution to help my wife live a better life has now turned into helping others with similar pain and health concerns,” said Dr. Babin. “We are excited to help residents of the Williamsburg area become the best versions of themselves through chiropractic care. We have always felt this community was so welcoming and are happy to be a part of it.”

Dr. Babin is a certified upper cervical chiropractic and graduated magna cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida.

The Babinses’ vision is to become leaders in wellness care in the community, they said in the release.

Via Vitae Chiropractic’s office is at 4511 John Tyler Highway. It can be reached at 757-208-7108.
