Green Flash Brewery closes its doors Monday, March 26, 2018.

VIRGINIA BEACH- Green Flash Brewing Company is up for sale. The Virginia Beach brewery is listed on the site Heritage Global Partners.

The brewery opened its doors in Virginia Beach in November 2016. The $20 million facility is located at 1209 Craft Lane.

According to Nick Dove, a spokesperson for Heritage Global Partners, the entire facility is up for sale, not an auction or liquidation of the equipment. Dove says the sale is a turnkey operation only. The sale includes the 58,000-square-foot brewery, a tasting room with 30 Green Flash beers on tap, a beer garden and a retail store and a private-event room and garden.

Staff was on hand Saturday at the brewery. No one was able to comment about the sale–but Southside Daily was told the brewery was open for business and that the tasting room was busy.
