NORFOLK — Norfolk police are investigating a stabbing that they believe happened in Olde Huntersville.
Detectives believe a man was stabbed near St. Julian Avenue and Tidewater Drive before an acquaintance drove him to the Economy Inn on Tidewater Drive. Police were called to the motel around 7:15 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
Medics took the man to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was treated for serious injuries.
