As the calendar turns to March it’s already time to start thinking about summer fun.
Registration is now open for York County’s Summer Fun and Field Trip Fever programs, according to a press release from the county.
Summer fun camps last from June 25 through July 26, Mondays through Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The programs are open to students between grades one and eight. First- through fourth-graders will be grouped together, as will sixth- through eighth-graders. Fifth-grade students can choose which age group they’d like to join.
Campers will be able to participate in water games, crafts, recreational and Olympic games, and carnival day.
Registration for Summer Fun is $225 for York County residents and $400 for all others.
Students who enroll in the Field Trip Fever program will go on field trips on select dates. Rising second through seventh graders can participate.
The program is offered at Grafton Bethel, Coventry, Seaford & Magruder Elementary Schools. York County residents can register for $100 and non-residents can for $130.
The first Field Trip Fever program runs from June 29 through July 27, and the second from July 30 to Aug. 3.
