Funhouse Fest will return to Colonial Williamsburg in 2018 with Bruce Hornsby, Alison Krauss, The Virginia Symphony Orchestra, and the Wood Brothers. More artists are set to be announced.
Tickets for Funhouse Fest will go on sale Feb. 2, according to a news release.
The third annual festival will start Friday June 22 with Alison Krauss and Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers headlining the day.
On Saturday, June 23, Hornsby will headline with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra before the Woods Brothers take the stage
The Virginia Arts Festival co-produces Funhouse Fest with Grammy Award-winning musician and Williamsburg native Bruce Hornsby.
Last year’s Funhouse Fest was headlined by Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers, nine-time Grammy Award winner Sheryl Crow, “blues-jazz-roots ensemble” Lake Street Dive, and “genre-bending” singer-songwriter Rhiannon Gidden. The Staves, yMusic, and Kenny Garrett. Bruce Hornsby & Sonny Emory Duo also performed at the festival.
The event is co-presented with the City of Williamsburg, the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, and in partnership with Visit Williamsburg.
