VIRGINIA BEACH — A man was shot during a home invasion Monday night, police said.
Two men forced their way into a home in the 4900 block of Raycraft Drive and demanded money at gunpoint, according to a Virginia Beach police spokesperson. A man inside the home was shot but is expected to survive.
One of the suspects is described as a black male between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet 2 inches tall, between 25 and 30 years old and wearing all black.
The other is believed to be a short and heavy black or Asian male wearing all black.
Police say the incident does not appear to be a random act of violence.
