Police are looking for information after a new vehicle was stolen from a Williamsburg apartment complex.

Police responded to Sterling Manor Apartments Friday morning after a man reported his vehicle had been stolen from the complex, Williamsburg Police spokesman Maj. Greg Riley said.

The victim told police his silver 2018 Toyota Camry was taken from the parking lot between 11 p.m. Thursday and 10:30 a.m. Friday, Riley said. The man lives in the area where the car was stolen.

The car had been left unlocked, he added.

Police do not have suspect information at this time, Riley said.

If the public has any information on the person or persons involved in this incident or any other crime in the Williamsburg area, they should contact Crime Stoppers at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or the Williamsburg Police Department at 757-220-2331.
