NORFOLK — A 62-year-old man was charged with murder on Monday after a shooting on Hampton Boulevard left another man dead.
Keith S. Moore is accused of murdering 46-year-old Wesley B. Harmon in the 6100 block of Hampton Boulevard.
Police arrived at the scene around 3:40 a.m. and found Harmon injured. They took him to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he died, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
Moore was detained at the scene and questioned overnight. He was charged with second-degree murder and using a gun the commission of a felony. He is being held without bond at the Norfolk City Jail, police said.
