“The Triangle in North Carolina is an incredibly important beer-drinking region that is integral to our growth strategies,” said Kevin O’Connor, owner and president of O’Connor Brewing Company in a news release.
What award-winning suds can you sip on in the Tar Heel state? To start, you’ll find El Guapo Agave IPA and the Great Dismal Black IPA. Seasonal brews will follow.
Partnering with R.A. Jeffreys in Raleigh and Harris Beverages in Durham, the craft beers will be available for purchase starting this month.
R.A. Jeffreys, the oldest family-owned beer distributor in North Carolina, distributes beers by giants Anheuser-Busch InBev and Corona Brands across 36 counties in the state.
Headquartered in Durham for 35 years, Harris Beverages distributes national, regional and local beers.
“R.A. Jeffreys and Harris Beverages have years of experience bringing the best breweries in the country to the Raleigh-Durham area,” O’Connor said in the release. “Given their extensive knowledge of the market and our target consumer, we know they will both be the ideal partners to help build our regional business.”
