PORTSMOUTH — A Norfolk man was killed on I-264 in a weekend crash, state police said.
Police say Cleophas Moore Jr., 56, of the 5000 block of East Virginia Beach Boulevard, was driving on I-264 westbound in the area of Greenwood Drive in Portsmouth around 4 p.m. Saturday when he drove off the road, went down an embankment and hit a tree.
Moore and a passenger, who has not yet been identified, were killed on impact, police said.
