NORFOLK — Robert Plant, the former lead singer of Led Zeppelin, announced a 12-city North American tour Tuesday that includes a stop in Norfolk.
Plant will perform at Chrysler Hall on Feb. 12. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster’s “Verified Fan” program.
“Robert wants to make sure tickets go to fans that want to see him live, not ticket scalpers or bots,” a statement on Plant’s website read.
Those interested in attending the show can go to robertplant.tmverifiedfan.com to register for the presale until noon Wednesday. People who have been verified and selected will receive a text invitation before the presale begins Thursday at noon.
Tickets for the general public go on sale Friday.
Anyone who purchases tickets will also receive a physical or digital copy of Plant’s new album, Carry Fire, once it’s released on Oct. 13.
