NORFOLK — Police are working a three-car crash on Interstate 64, causing major delays for drivers traveling west.
All westbound lanes are blocked on I-64 west between the Twin Bridges and the Interstate 264 interchange. Officials have set up a detour on Indian River Road, and some traffic is moving along the shoulder, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m., and people are injured, according to the Virginia State Police.
