VIRGINIA BEACH — It’s craft beer month in the Commonwealth, and what better way to celebrate than grabbing your favorite Virginia brew?
Feeling thirsty? There are nearly 20 craft breweries in the Hampton Roads region and the Virginia Tourism Corporation wants you to post a picture or video of your favorite suds on Instagram with #ToastVA and #VACraftBeer. If your photo is picked, you’ll win some swag from Virginia is for Craft Beer Lovers.
Tasting events will be held throughout the state, with Virginia Beach hosting Neptune’s Coastal Craft Beer Festival on Saturday, Aug. 26. The fest will spotlight more than 65 brews from 30 breweries. Tickets are $30.

- What’s Brewing with S’mores, Greenflash Brewing Company, August 10, 2017, 5 p.m.
- Beer, Bourbon, & BBQ Virginia Beach, Hunt Club Farm, August 12, 2017, 12 p.m.
- Tap Tap Craft Beer Festival, Greenbrier Farms, August 19, 2017, 2 p.m.
