HAMPTON — A woman and her young daughter have been missing since Sunday, and Hampton police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating them.
According to a news release posted on the department’s Facebook page, Keir Johnson and her daughter, Chloe, were reported missing by her family on Monday.
Johnson was last seen Sunday in the 1900 block of Hastings Drive within the City of Hampton.
No one has seen or heard from her since, the release stated. The family told police it was unusual not to hear from Johnson.
According to police, the mother left with minimal supplies and was last seen operating a 2013 Black Kia Optima.
Police are asking the public to spread the word about the case and call the Hampton Police Division at 757-727-6111 or the Crime Line at 1-888-Lock-U-Up with any information.
