VIRGINIA BEACH — While the city’s Department of Public Utilities repairs a water service line, Princess Anne Road will be closed to southbound traffic between Kempsville Greens Parkway and Brandywine Drive Tuesday night.
The closure will begin at 8 p.m. and is expected to be completed by 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to a news release.
