Virginia Beach man accused of receiving child pornography in the mail

VIRGINIA BEACH — A 41-year-old Virginia Beach man is facing federal charges after officials say he received child pornography in the mail.

Robert Michael Fall is accused of receiving child pornography through the mail between Jan. 12, 2015 and Jan. 23, 2015.

Police say that around Aug. 4, 2016, Fall had images on an HP laptop and CDs that depicted minors under the age of 12 years old engaged in sexually explicit activities, according to documents in the Eastern District Court of Virginia.

Fall was arrested on Feb. 16 and has been charged with three counts of receiving child pornography, two counts of possessing child pornography and forfeiture.

Defense attorney Richard Doummar will represent Fall.
