City of Williamsburg
All offices in the Municipal Building on Lafayette Street will be closed Monday.
The Williamsburg Regional Library administration offices in the Stryker Center will be closed Monday. The Williamsburg Library will be closed Sunday and Monday.
The Williamsburg-James City County Courthouse will be closed Monday.
Quarterpath Recreation Center will be closed Saturday through Monday.
Garbage Collection will be delayed one day. Regularly scheduled Monday collection will be picked up on Tuesday, and regularly scheduled Tuesday collection will be picked up on Wednesday.
Waller Mill Park and all other City parks will be open the entire holiday weekend.
James City County
All county offices will be closed Monday.
The James City County Recreation Center and Abram Frink Jr. Community Center will be closed Monday. The Abram Frink Jr. Community Center will be closed through August 21 for roof repairs.
The James City County Library will be closed Sunday and Monday.
The Williamsburg-James City County Courthouse will be closed Monday.
County convenience centers and the garbage transfer station will be closed Monday.
There will be no changes to the recycling schedule.
York County
All county offices will be closed Monday.
The York-Poquoson Courthouse and Social Services Office will be closed Monday.
The Virginia Cooperative Extension Service will be closed Monday.
York County Public Libraries will be closed Monday.
The Waste Management Administrative Office, Waste Management Transfer Station and Waste Management Drop-Off Area will all be closed Monday.
The VPPSA Composting Facility will be closed Monday.
Curbside recycling collections will not be affected by the holiday. Curbside garbage collections will be moved one day – Monday collections will take place on Tuesday, Tuesday collections on Wednesday, etc., and will end with Friday collections on Saturday.
