The City of Williamsburg is in compliance with federal water regulations.
The annual water quality report, released by the city last month, shows Williamsburg either meets or exceeds the standards set by both the state and federal governments.
The Virginia Department of Health’s Office of Drinking Water approved the report.
“The bottom line is this – the City’s water was in compliance with all Virginia Department of Health and Environmental Protection (EPA) Regulations in 2015,” the report states. “None of the test results indicated levels in violation of any state or federal regulations.”
