Bonefish Grill, a seafood chain restaurant, is inviting locals to take a peek at its recently completed remodeling project at its James City County location.
Located at 5212 Monticello Ave. in New Town, Williamsburg’s Bonefish Grill was once a dimly lit, romanticized atmosphere. The same location now features a brighter, contemporary interior space intended to be more inviting to potential customers.
Inside the main dining hall rests a new Bonefish sculpture made of stainless steel and sequined scales.
Around the rest of the restaurant, diners will find new upholstery, new wood flooring and dark-wood tables that match the new, earthy tones of the other restaurant decor.
With the remodeling project completed, Bonefish Grill is celebrating the occasion with a special fundraising day Jan. 11.
On that day, 15 percent of sales at the Williamsburg location will be donated to the Heritage Humane Society, a local nonprofit animal shelter.
“We invite the Williamsburg community to join us in supporting the Heritage Humane Society while enjoying our new look and winter menu specials,” said Williamsburg Managing Partner Lindsay Borror. “We’re looking forward to providing the community with continued exceptional service, delicious seafood and other wood-grilled fare in a revamped, sophisticated ambiance.”
