James City County is providing sponsorship opportunities through Aug. 31 for local businesses interested in participating in the first Bountiful Brews & Bites in November.

BB&B, scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 14, is a family-friendly outdoor food festival during the Williamsburg Harvest Celebration, which features more than 30 culinary-inspired events throughout the Historic Triangle from Nov. 11 to 15.

Taking place at James Beach Event Park, BB&B will include Eat the Streets 757 food trucks, as well as fireworks and live music.

Businesses have three avenues to participate in BB&B: they can be a sponsor, sign up as a food vendor or customize partnerships for items given away and sold at the event.

For $250, the Maize Sponsor buys a company logo with a link on the BB&B event website. The next level up, the Harvest Sponsor, gets a banner placed at the event in addition to the logo and link on the BB&B site for $500.

A Cornucopia Sponsor buys recognition in all print and online promotional materials, the company’s logo on T-shirts given out at the event and the same items as the lower packages for $1,000.

The Signature Sponsor buys recognition after the musical performance and 20 complimentary tickets to the event in addition to the items in lower packages for $5,000.

Sponsors can also partner with James City County to provide goods and services instead of being monetary sponsors.
