WILLIAMSBURG— The Williamsburg Contemporary Art Center (WCAC) will open its “Small Works & Holiday Market” starting on Nov. 6; it will run through Dec. 20.
Geared toward gift-givers, WCAC says this market will offer hundreds of smaller, more affordable creative works by WCAC member artists, photographers, and artisans.
“It’s that time of year when we want to give our loved ones something special, and the market provides ample opportunity to find unique but affordable artwork,” said Apryl Altman, program chair. “WCAC members focus their talents and creativity on smaller works that are perfect for seasonal gift-giving.”
WCAC clarified that artwork includes greeting cards, paintings and photographs up to 8×10 in size, jewelry, pottery, fiber art, wearable items, and more. Non-holiday-related items will also be available.
WCAC is open Wednesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The center’s “Blue Building” is located at 110 Westover Ave. All artwork is for sale. For more information, please visit the official website.
