The list below covers full closures of interstates, ramps, bridges and primary roads, and single-lane closures at the bridge-tunnels and the Coleman, High Rise and James River bridges.
Scheduled closures are subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

Bridges & Tunnels
Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel, I-664:
- Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures northbound Nov. 22 from 8 p.m. to as late as 10 p.m.
- Single-lane closure southbound Nov. 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
James River Bridge, Route 17
- Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures in both directions Nov. 21 and Nov. 23 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Elizabeth River Tunnels (Downtown/Midtown Tunnels):
- Go to Elizabeth River Tunnels for maintenance schedules on the Downtown Tunnel (I-264), Midtown Tunnel (U.S. 58) and MLK Expressway (Route 164).
Interstate 64 (I-64)
I-64 Widening Segment III Project, York County:
- All three newly completed eastbound lanes on I-64 between Route 199/Newman Road (exit 234) in Lightfoot to Route 199/Humelsine Parkway (exit 242) to open to traffic starting as early as the afternoon on Nov. 19. Click here for full news release:https://conta.cc/3qQZybx
- Single-lane closures on I-64 east and west from Route 199/Newman Road (exit 234) in Lightfoot to Route 199/Humelsine Parkway (exit 242) as needed Nov. 21-23 starting as early as 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Single-lane closures in both directions on Route 143/Merrimac Trail at the I-64 overpass Nov. 22 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
I-64, Hampton
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-64 west to I-664 south (exit 264A):.
- Nov. 21 from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Nov. 22-23 from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
I-64, Southside Widening, High Rise Bridge Expansion:

- Alternating, single-lane closures on I-64 in both directions between South Military Highway (exit 297) and Greenbrier Parkway (exit 289) Nov. 22-23 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Full directional closures with detours of I-64, as well as full ramp closures, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. on the following dates:
- Full closure of I-64 west (towards Virginia Beach) at Route 17/George Washington Highway (exit 296) Friday, Nov. 19
- Full closure of I-64 east (towards Suffolk) at I-464 (exit 291A) Saturday, Nov. 20, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Full closure of the on-ramp from northbound George Washington Highway to I-64 west on Nov. 19.
- Full closure of the on-ramp from southbound George Washington Highway to I-64 west on Nov. 19.
- Full closure of the on-ramp from I-464 north to I-64 east on Nov. 20
- Full closure of the off-ramp from I-464 south to I-64 east on Nov. 20

Interstate 264 (I-264)

- Alternating, multi-lane closures on I-264 in both directions from Newtown Road (exit 15) to Witchduck Road (exit 16) Nov. 19-23 from 7 p.m. until as late as 10 a.m.
- Consecutive, double-lane closure on I-264 west between Witchduck Road (exit 16) and Newtown Road (exit 15) from Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. to Nov. 21 at 5 a.m.
- Single-lane closure on I-64 east at the I-264 interchange Nov. 21-23 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Interstate 564 (I-564)
I-64, Norfolk:
- Consecutive, double-lane closures on I-564 west between the I-64 west interchange and Terminal Boulevard Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. through Nov. 22 at 4 a.m.
Interstate 664 (I-664)
I-664, Hampton:
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-664 north to I-64 east (exit 1B):
- Nov. 21 from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Nov. 22-23 from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-664 north to I-64 west (exit 1A):
- Nov. 21 from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Nov. 22-23 from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Full ramp closure of the on-ramp from Aberdeen Road to I-664 north Nov. 21-23 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
