Convenience Centers Change Hours Due to Staffing Shortage

JAMES CITY COUNTY — The convenience centers in James City County have changed the hours to its convenience centers due to staffing shortages.

While the Jolly Pond Road Convenience Center, located at 1204 Jolly Pond Road, will remain open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week, the County’s two other centers have shifted their schedules as notated below:

  • The Toano Convenience Center, located at 185 Industrial Blvd., will be closed until further notice beginning Sun., Nov. 7.
  • The Tewning Road Convenience Center, located at 117 Tewning Rd., will be closed all day on Sundays and Mondays.

James City County would like to apologize to residents for any inconvenience that this may cause. Those who may have questions are encouraged to call the County’s General Services phone number,  (757) 259-4080.
