JAMES CITY COUNTY — James City County Police Department (JCCPD) said that it located Natallie Maritza Linares on Nov. 7, 13 days after she went missing.

JCCPD previously announced on Nov. 2 the department was attempting to locate the missing juvenile, who reportedly went to a friend’s house after school on Oct. 25 and was picked up by “another acquaintance.” She did not return to either home or school since that date, police said.

The missing juvenile was suspected to be staying with friends in the area at the time of the initial announcement. She did not have her phone with her when she went missing.

According to JCCPD’s public update on the case, “Natallie is safe.”
