WILLIAMSBURG — The Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce will host its 2022 Job Fair Wednesday, Aug. 17.
The event, presented in partnership with the Hampton Roads Workforce Council, will feature over 1,000 local job openings, according to the Chamber.
Featured employers will include James City County, the City of Williamsburg, York County, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Colonial Williamsburg, Riverside Health System, Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association, Hampton Roads Transit, William & Mary, Charter Senior Living of Williamsburg, Paul Davis Restoration of Williamsburg, Orangetheory Fitness Williamsburg, Mike Kuebler State Farm, Peninsula Airport Commission, GuernseyTingle Architects, Navien, and MasterCorp. Many employers will be offering on-site interviews and making on-the-spot offers, according to a press release. Job seekers will also have access to free resume feedback. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.
The event will take place at Job Fair Presenting Sponsor William & Mary’s Matoaka Room at the William & Mary School of Education from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
