WILLIAMSBURG — Head coach Dane Fischer announced his summer basketball camp at William & Mary dates for June. The camp starts on Monday, June 27, and runs through Thursday, June 30. Click HERE to for online registration.
“We are really excited to offer our summer camp again,” Fischer said. “Our coaches and players are really looking forward to working with the kids in our community and helping them improve their basketball skills. The camp is open to kids of all skill levels, and we are really excited about offering a co-ed camp in order to provide an opportunity for boys and girls in our community.”
The Dane Fischer Basketball Camp is dedicated to the development and growth of basketball players of all skill levels in a positive and inviting atmosphere. It is open to boys and girls, grades 2-9 and provides attendees with a chance to improve their basketball skills during a full-filled week. The price of the camp is $175 for the week for grades 2nd and 3rd (9 a.m. to noon) and $375 for the week for grades 4th through 9th (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.). The cost of both includes a t-shirt, while the cost for the 4th-9th grades includes lunch.
“Our camp will focus on the fundamental skills of basketball and will be taught in a fun, team-oriented environment,” Fischer added. “We will have a number of games and contests that will add to the excitement of camp.”
